Mission: To cultivate a pool of capable leaders for civic, charitable, and governmental roles in Valparaiso.
Overview: A collaboration between The Valpo Chamber and Purdue Extension, the Academy focuses on community service and leadership, covering board service, governance, communication, ethics, and conflict management.
Benefits: Participants gain valuable contacts, learn about community issues, enhance problem-solving skills, and connect with mentors, preparing them for active leadership roles in the community.
